1. What kind of files can I use to submit my artwork?
JPG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, AI , PSD

2. What resolution should my file be?
72 dpi files or images may come out low res or pixilated. This may result in a printed product that you may not be satisfied with. We recommend if you  do upload your own artwork, only upload 300 dpi files or images.

3. What is the production turnaround for my job?
BANNERS / SIGN JOBS WITHIN 24 HOURS AND PRINTING JOBS 4 BUSINESS DAYS

4. How do I place an order?
EMAIL DESIGN FILE TO MILES@VIRTUOSO-GRAPHICS.COM For ordering or email description of layout for design service.  We will then contact you in regards of placing your order.

5 .What payment is required for placing orders?
Orders are paid in full on pickup, orders over $1,000.00 requires half down.

6 .Does grommet holes come with my banner?
Banners are taped over for extra strength, gommet's are placed every 2 feet. we use 5 year rated eco-solvent inks. 

7 .What if I need my job in a shorter turnaround?
Depending on job we can offer rush orders.

8 . How much is your design fee?
